Our company has jointly established an ultrasonic testing center with Chongqing Sanhang Research Institute. Relevant leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have personally visited and provided guidance.

Recently, Hangzhou Hangchao Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Sanhang New Material Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. have jointly established a testing center in Chongqing, focusing on key technological areas such as ultrasonic fatigue, transducers, ultrasonic cutting, and ultrasonic atomization. The testing center aims to leverage the complementary resources of both parties to collaboratively overcome technical bottlenecks in ultrasonic technology and fill gaps in this field.

On Sept 15,2026, a delegation of officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology visited the testing center for an inspection and guidance session. Li Jinshan, Director of the Chongqing Science and Technology Innovation Center at Northwestern Polytechnical University; Tang Bin, General Manager of the Chongqing Third Aviation Research Institute; and Zhao Tianfei, Chief Engineer of the institute, provided detailed reports on the research progress and practical applications of ultrasonic technology. They also accompanied the officials on an on-site visit to observe experimental demonstrations, including ultrasonic cutting of carbon fibers and ultrasonic fatigue testing of metals.

During the inspection, the relevant leaders focused on inquiring about the material selection and fatigue life test data of the ultrasonic transducers. They expressed full affirmation of the high-frequency stable waveforms collected in real-time on-site and emphasized that ultrasonic technology, as a critical support for advanced manufacturing, requires further strengthening of the bidirectional integration between fundamental research and industrial application. The testing center should concentrate on addressing industry-wide challenges, accelerate the establishment of a standardized testing system, and drive the continuous iteration and industrial upgrading of ultrasonic technology.
