The handheld ultrasonic spot welding torch adopts ultrasonic plastic welding technology, converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration energy through an ultrasonic transducer, and then changes the amplitude of the mechanical vibration energy through an amplitude modulation device and then transfers it to the welding head. When the welding head is close to the surface of the processed product, ultrasonic waves are automatically generated, and micro-amplitude and high-frequency vibration are performed on the surface of the processed product, friction with the surface of the processed product is converted into heat, melting the processed product, and then welding is carried out.
